KATHU

Kathu is a good central area to live for access to all parts of Phuket. For families there are a number of schools nearby and a great area for golfers with 3 golf courses on the doorstep. There are a number of housing developments around the golf courses, and individually built properties plus thai style housing. For nightlife it is just a short drive over the hill to Patong and shopping at Central Festival is within 10 to 15 minutes drive. Prices are reasonable.
